Note: If the display is defective, remove the batteries, insert them again.
If the display is still defective, replace the batteries with new ones of the
same type.
Displays the current training speed from 0.0 to 99.9
KM/H or MPH.
Displays the distance that you have covered from 0.0
to 999.9. You can set a preset target distance using
SET & MODE. Each press of the button increases the
value by 0.1 KM or 0.2 M if the distance is less than
100. Each press of the button increases the value by
1 KM or 1 M if the distance is more than 100. During
the training, the distance is counted down from the
preset distance.
Counts the total time from 00:00 up to 99:59. You
can set a preset target time using SET & MODE. Each
press of the button increases the time by 1 minute.
During the training, the time is counted down from
the preset time.
Counts calories burned during exercise from 0 to
max. 9999 calories. You can set a preset calorie
target using SET & MODE. Each press of the button
increases the value by 1 kcal up to 1000, each press
of the button increases the value by 10 kcal for
calories over 1000. During the workout, it then
counts down from the preset calories.

Displays the total distance travelled from 0.0 to
999.9. Press the Mode button to display this value.
This display shows you your heart rate in beats per
minute during exercise.
Press and hold for 2 sec. to reset all values except the
odometer to 0.
