towards the spinning blade.
The workpiece must not be cut or pressed against the spinning circular saw using other means. When squeezed e.g. by
means of length stops, the workpiece can be wedged by the blade and ejected rapidly.
Always use clamps or accessories designed to hold round workpieces such as rods or pipes. Rods tend to rotate during
cutting, causing the blade to "bite" and pull the workpiece together with your hands towards the blade.
Allow the blade to reach its full speed before applying the workpiece to it. This reduces the risk of ejection of the workpiece.
If the workpiece or blade gets jammed, turn off the saw. Wait until all moving parts have come to a standstill, then discon-
nect the plug from the power source and/or remove the battery. Only then can you take care of unjamming the workpiece.
Continuing to cut with a jammed workpiece may result in loss of control or damage to the saw.
After cutting, release the switch, hold the cutting head down and wait for the blade to stop before removing the work-
piece. It is dangerous to reach into the vicinity of the spinning blade.
Hold the handle fi rmly when plunge-cutting or releasing the switch before the cutting head is fully lowered. Attempting the
stop the cutting head can cause it to be pulled downwards rapidly, creating the risk of injury.

TOOL ASSEMBLY

The product is delivered almost completely assembled, however, before starting work it is necessary to fi x the screw blocking the
rotation of the cutting head and possibly install the table clamp, depending on the type of work to be done.
The table locking screw should be screwed into the hole in the arm of the work table (II), but should not be tightened as far as
possible, as this will block the rotation of the cutting head.
Screw in (X) the screw locking the lateral tilt of the cutting head as far as possible. It is recommended that the head is locked in
the zero position during the preparatory work. The manner of adjusting the angle has been described in detail in further sections
of this manual.

PREPARING THE MACHINE FOR OPERATION

Caution! All preparatory work must be carried out with the product disconnected from the power supply. The battery must be
removed from the machine's socket.
Activities before starting work
The tool must be attached at the workplace, to a work table, stand or similar workstation. All guards and safety devices must be
properly secured before starting the machine. Make sure that the circular saw can rotate freely. When working with wooden ma-
terial, pay attention to foreign elements, such as nails, screws, etc. Before starting the machine, make sure that all moving parts
can move smoothly over the full range and that the circular saw is securely fastened.
Place the mitre saw on a level and stable surface, for example on a workbench. The mounting height should be chosen according
to the height of the operator, so that the tool can be freely operated without reaching too far, while ensuring a stable and safe
posture of the operator.
The base of the work table has been equipped with holes for fi xing it to the fl oor. Use screws and nuts if necessary.
Circular saw installation and replacement
Caution! Disconnect the mitre saw from the power supply by removing the battery from the machine socket before installing or
replacing the circular saw.
When replacing the circular saw, use protective gloves to avoid being injured by the blade.
Lift the cutting head and insert the wrench into the socket of the screw fi xing the circular saw (III). Press the spindle lock, then
turn the wrench clockwise until the spindle is locked and cannot rotate (IV). After locking the disc rotation, unscrew the disc fi xing
screw. Remove the clamping disc and the circular saw (V).
Before installing a new circular saw, remove dirt and dust from the clamp. Attach the circular saw so that the direction of its rotation
corresponds to the direction of rotation shown by the arrow on the guard. Then install the clamping disc and, holding the spindle
lock, tighten the circular saw fi xing screw fi rmly and securely. Install the guards in the reverse order of disassembly.
After installation, check that the circular saw rotates freely, perpendicularly and at an angle of 45 degrees.
Caution! After changing the angle of the table, make sure that the circular saw or the cutting head does not come into contact with
obstacles during operation. Check whether the full range of the mitre saw operation can be used, without switching the tool on. If
necessary, make the required adjustments by removing obstacles.
Safety recommendations for battery loading
Attention! Before loading may start make sure the body of the charger, the cable and the plug are not broken or damaged. It
is prohibited to use a damaged loading dock and charger! For the purpose of loading batteries only the charging dock and the
charger provided may be used. Using another charger may be a cause of fi re or damage the tool. Batteries may be charged only
in a dry room, protected from unauthorised persons, particularly children. Do not use the charging dock and the charger without
permanent supervision of an adult! If it is necessary to leave the room where loading is taking place, it is required to disconnect the
