5. Equipment description

Bag automatic sealing machine Seal-Com 3 with printer is a special equipment
to seal plastic bags of thermoplastic composite packaging material.
The sealing machine is a very necessary and useful equipment to pack instru-
mental. It has a precise temperature control, which makes it a high performance
equipment.

6. Features

Main features of Seal-Com 3 are: simple operation, automatic temperature
control, display TFT, small size, comfortable movement and reliable work.
The Seal-Com 3 sealing machine can set the sealing temperature according
to the requirements.
Automatic sealing, stainless steel and painted housing, transmission system,
heating system, temperature control system, automatic feed induction
system and printing system.

7. Installation

Connect the equipment to the power outlet and turn on the switch (the normal
start will have a normal start tone); The synchronous motor will produce
automatic operation for 10 seconds, a welcome message will be displayed
on the screen. After 10 seconds, it will automatically enter the main screen.

7.1 Main screen

Upon entering the main screen, the first cell in the upper right corner indicates
the system time (for example, the sterilization date). Press and hold the box
and the keyboard will appear.
A thermometer is also shown on the main screen, which indicates the tempe-
rature setting. 180°C is the normal set temperature. You can choose between
two languages: English and Chinese (font or symbols). If you select font,
there are three different types, divided into three possible widths: narrow,
normal or wide.
On the main screen, the printer settings are also set. Press the printer icon
to print the content.

7.2 Guide plate

To seal, adjust the guide plate and sealing position. To adjust it, turn the nut
counterclockwise to move the guide plate outward, so that the seal is near
the edge of the paper bag, or inward, so that the seal is far from the edge.
The size is adjusted according to the type of seal. Once adjusted, turn the
nut clockwise to fix the guide plate.

7.3 Tape

When the print is blurred, the tape should be replaced. Rotate the sealer,
open the bottom cover, rotate the printhead, hold the spring clip, remove the
tape, attach the new one. Replace the spring clamp, rotate the print head
to the original position and close the bottom cover.

7.4 Replacement printer

Press configuration key on the main screen, enter password 1212 and change
between default or alternative printer.
