12. USER INFORMATION

• System users must be informed about working with the system and its operation.

• Examine the instructions together and respond to any questions users may have.
• All manuals and documents relating to the system must be handed over to the user.
• All safety instructions to be observed must be shown to the user.
• The user should be reminded of the suitability of regular maintenance of the installation - or be informed that
it is compulsory, depending on the market - as well as advice on a maintenance contract with the official TAS
(Technical Assistance Service).
