SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1.
Reading this manual prior to using coffee maker.
2.
Avoiding plugging a second electrical appliance to the same socket.
3.
Keeping coffee maker out of children's reach.
4.
Keeping coffee maker away from heat sources, flammable goods
or electric ovens.
5.
Filing reservoir with water only.
6.
Pressing socket box and pulling cord gently prior to removing plug.
7.
Avoiding handling coffee maker or electric plug with wet hands.
8.
Removing plug after use and prior to cleaning coffee machine.
9.
Avoiding coffee maker immersion in water.
10. Avoiding touching hot metal plate inside water reservoir while
coffee maker is in operation or immediately after switching off.
11. Switching coffee maker OFF (ON/OFF switch) after use (D).
12. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capacities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
13. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance.
PREPARING COFFEE OR HOT WATER
Please observe the following instructions:
1.
Clip the button (C) into its slot on the side of the machine.
2.
Opening reservoir (A) and filling with water up to indicated level (H).
3.
Pouring ground coffee into bevel filter (F) (6 g for one cup or
according to personal taste).
4.
Tapping filter gently to spread coffee and engaging in support
under reservoir.
5.
Connection plug and placing cups/ mugs on coffee maker base
plate.
6.
Switching selector to Coffee or Hot Water.
7.
Turning ON/OFF switch (D) to ON, the indicator light comes on and
the coffee maker heats up.
Coffee will pour out of bevel filter if selector switch is on Coffee.
Hot water will pour out of outlet pipe if selector switch is on Hot
Water.
Note: Coffee will absorb some water: coffee volume shall
consequently be less than original water volume.
8.
Avoiding touching water inlet pipe when ON/OFF switch is ON.
