CAUTION
– Keep the console away from direct sunlight.
– Dry the surface of the console when it is covered with drops of
sweat.
– Do not lean on the console.
– Only touch the display with the tip of your finger. Make sure that
your nails or sharp objects do not touch the display.
NOTE
– The console switches to standby mode when the equipment is not
used for 90 seconds.
1. Press the MODE button to select one of the menu items:
– TIME: The display shows the time.
– RPM: The display shows the RPM. With sensor input, the display shows the
value within 3 seconds. Without sensor input, the display shows 0 and STOP
within 4 seconds.
– HR: The display shows the heart rate. The display shows the heart symbol.
– SCAN: The display shows the menu items for 6 seconds one after another:
TIME, RPM and HR.
2. Press and hold the MODE button to reset the meter.
Adjusting the resistance
1. Turn the resistance adjustment knob clockwise to increase the resistance.
2. Turn the resistance adjustment knob counterclockwise to decrease the
resistance.
Emergency brake
The equipment is supplied with an emergency brake. In case of an emergency, push
the emergency brake to prevent any unwanted motion.

Cleaning and maintenance

The equipment does not require special maintenance. The equipment does not
require recalibration when it is assembled, used and serviced according to the
instructions.
