Programming the HEART RATE
function:
Press the START/STOP key to switch
the monitor on, press the ENTER key
until the AGE window starts to flash ,
use the UP/DOWN keys to select
your age. When you have entered
your age the monitor may suggest a
target heart rate for the exercise, this
suggested
heart
represents 85% of the result from 220
minus your age, this means that if
your actual heart rate is equal to or
greater than this value it will begin to
fl ash, advising you to either slow
down or lower the exertion level.
