Attaching Spool Assembly (Fig. B, C)
1. Install spindle plate onto the spindle

double D shaped retaining nut on the spindle sits inside
the base of the spindle plate.
2. Rotate the spindle plate until the hole
notch in the housing. Insert the included rod

through the notch and into the hole, to prevent the
spindle from turning.
3. While holding the rod in place, thread the new spool
housing with spool grip cover counterclockwise.

Securely tighten the new spool housing onto
the spindle.

1. Assemble the guard 9 to the motor housing
2. Using a cross head screwdriver, insert the 2 guard
screws and tighten securely.
