4.- MOVABLE AND WEARING PARTS OF THE MACHINE
The T-7500-M kind of operation brings you inevitably to the wearing of some components which, for their operation, are directly in contact with high abrasive
materials. In particular jaw wearing plates are subject to a natural wear due to their use. Also belts are subject to a particular wear and it is therefore important to
check the tension of rubber carpets and the conditions of the rubber.
CRUSHER
These checks on components have to be carried out periodically verifying that the height of the wings of the wearing plates is not less than 10 mm.
In order to check these components, please proceed as follows:
Put the general switch on a "OFF" position and disconnect the power supply.
From the top or bottom part of the chassis through the jaw opening check the wing height.
For the rotation or replacement of wearing plates, please proceed as follows:
Put the general switch on a "OFF" position and disconnect the power supply.
Disassemble the external doors and the top hopper.
Unscrew the 3 screws clamping the wearing plate to the fixed or movable jaw.
Withdraw from the bottom part the wearing plates and replace them, if necessary, with new ones or rotate them so that the less worn part (generally the top
one) is in the lower position. (A,B)
Screw again the clamping screws and assemble back the external doors and the top hopper.
FOR THE CORRECT OPERATION OF THE CRUSHER IT IS OF FUNDAMENTAL IMPORTANCE THAT BOLTS CLAMPING
WEARING PLATES TO JAWS ARE PERFECTLY TIGHTENED.

TRANSMISSION BELTS

Periodically check the conditions of transmission belts and make sure that they have always the right tension. In order to check the tension, please proceed as
follows:
• Put the general switch on a "OFF" position and disconnect the power supply.
• Remove the belt protective casing and exert a pressure of 10 kg on the back of the belt: the correct play is 10-15 mm.
To restore the tension, unscrew on the register nuts of the supporting tie rod of the plate attached to the engine; once the tension is restored, tighten again the
nuts.
