3 Make X-shaped cuts in the carpet.
4 Install on top of the carpet using the
hexagonal washer faced nuts (M6) 4 .
Horizontal
installation
NOTE
When installing horizontally, make sure that the DVD
magazine's slot is on the left side.
Vertical
installation
NOTES
• When installing vertically, make sure that the DVD
magazine's slot is on the top side.
• When installing vertically and using an audio RCA
cable, always use an L shaped connector. Using a
straight shaped connector could damage the
connector and cause a malfunction.
• Installing directly on the floor
WARNING
Do not damage pipe or wiring when drilling holes.

To install horizontally, attach to the floor using
the hexagonal washer faced tapping screws
(M5x15) 1 .

To install vertically, attach to the floor using the
hexagonal washer faced tapping screws (M5x15)

NOTE

WARNING

Fasten the L-shaped brackets 2 to both sides
of this unit.

Drill holes about 6mm in diameter and fasten
securely with shouldered hexagonal bolts
(M6x50) 7 and shouldered hexagonal nuts
(M6) 4 .

Check

Turn the ignition key on and check that the unit is
operating properly, referring to the operating
instructions.

Check that the vehicle's equipment (horn, stop
lights, etc.) are operating properly.
