16. TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
The appliance does not turn on.
The appliance is pressurised but little
steam comes out.
Steam is dispensed mixed with drops of
water.
Loss of steam or drops of water between
the connection of the accessories.
Accessories are difficult to assemble.
The appliance releases too much water
on the floor

CAUSE
No power.
Boiler switched off.
No water in the boiler.
Flexible hose not inserted correctly.
(only for the PRO 95_TURBO FLEXI
model).
Steam adjustment dial set to the
minimum.
Steam lock activated.
The steam hoses are cold.
The seals are damaged.
The seals produce friction.
The locking button is not in the cor-
rect position.
Steam adjustment dial set to the
maximum.

SOLUTION
Check that the appliance has been connected
to the mains, as indicated in Section 1.
Turn on the boiler as indicated in Section 1.
Fill the boiler as indicated in Section 1.
Correctly insert the flexible hose, as indicated in
Section 1.
Adjust the position of the dial for the desired
increase.
Release the steam lock on the steam hose
handle.
Direct the steam jet onto a cloth to heat up
the tubes.
Replace the seals, as indicated in Section 13.
Lubricate the seals with silicone grease or
Vaseline, or alternatively with a small amount
of vegetable oil.
Turn the locking button to the correct position
as indicated in Section 2.
Reduce the quantity of steam to the
minimum. If necessary, momentarily stop the
disbursement of steam, while continuing to
rub the surface.
