5 - Instructions for use
The TRACTEL anchor plate is a portable anchoring
device. Always check that it is correctly placed and
secured, keeping in mind the foreseeable direction in
which the load may be applied. The strength of the
anchor plate will depend on the choice of anchoring
device which is best suited, the type of materials and
how it is positioned.
6 - Anchor plate
The anchor plate can be connected at any point which
complies with standard EN 795 and can be used for up
to five anchorings simultaneously.

Caution : never directly insert ropes, cords, straps or
other textile materials (Fig 3) in anchor plate.

7 - Checks before and after use

Inspect and ensure that the anchoring device :
• does not show any signs of cracks or wear,
• has not been subject to any mechanical deformation,
• is appropriate for the intended use.

8 - Product service life

Caution: carefully read point 2.2. The service life of
portable anchor points is approximately 5 years.
Caution : in a marine environment and at low altitudes,
the strength of anchor points can be significantly reduced.
9 - Certification
This product has been certified by qualified organizations
0426 ITALCERT, v.le Sarca 336, 20126 Milan, Italy -
0123 TUV Product Service GMBH, Ridlerstraße 65,
80339 Munchen, Germany per standard EN 795B. The
product may also be certified in accordance with other
standards (for example NFPA), if stamped on the marking.
