• Use the buttons (+) and (-) to select the desired working temperature: the digital display will show information
about temperature progress.
• Turn off the hair straightener by pressing the (O/I) button.
• Unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
• Let the hair straightener cool before putting it back in its case.

TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT:

The working temperature of 5D THERAPY hair straightener is adjusted digitally and this is shown on the digital
display. The heating element is capable of working from 160°C up to 230°C, adjusting itself to any type of hair
and style you desire.
BUTTON LOCK SYSTEM: (locks the buttons)
The Button-Lock system locks the buttons after the temperature is selected. In this way, accidentally pressing
the buttons will not change the working temperature while the hair straightener is in use.
To activate the Button-Lock system:
• The on temperature gets immediately blocked some seconds after the device is switched on; in fact, a lock
will appear on the display, indicating that the buttons are locked.
• To unlock the button panel briefly press the POWER
In this way the buttons are unlocked and can be used to adjust the temperature you want.
• Once the new temperature is selected, the button panel will be blocked automatically within 2 seconds and
the lock icon of the buttons will be shown in the display. Repeat the operation described above to unlock it.
AUTO POWER-OFF:
If the hair straightener should remain on by mistake, the auto power-off feature will kick on after 60 minutes;
this safety system blocks the supply of current and turns off the hair straightener.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:

Keep your appliance well maintained in order to ensure the best performance and to extend product life cycle.
If kept clean, the plates will continue to glide easily through your hair. Heat can cause chemical elements
(colourings, treatments, mousse, sprays, waxes, etc.) on your hair to be transferred onto the plates. After each
use, we recommend disconnecting the appliance from the electrical outlet; let it cool down and then use a
damp cloth to remove any residues from the plates. Do not use particularly aggressive agents on the plates
of the hair straightening irons. Make sure that the appliance is completely dry before using it.
STORING THE EQUIPMENT:
After use, unplug the power cord and store it in a dry place once cooled. Do not wrap the cable around the
appliance. Never hang the appliance by its cable; use the appropriate loop.
