View (V)
The "View" menu (Figure 7-4) controls the display of the tool bar, status bar, marker operation
and trace display (zoom in and out horizontally and vertically), and the display style of the trace.
A trace is composed of many dots. To review the details of a trace, zoom in and out horizontally
and vertically.
Use the "Length Units" setting to select meters, feet, or miles as the unit of measurement. .
Note: When the Trace Viewer application is opened, this setting defaults to the last unit of
measurement.selected.
The trace display style refers to the following: trace can be displayed in dots or solid line; dashed
line displays or not; selection of the event status bar.
Window (W)
The "Window" menu (Figure 7-5) controls the display of the subwindows: trace window, events
table window, parameter window, and fiber chain information. Tile function displays subwindows
in a layout similar to Figure 7-1. Other submenus take the selected window as the current active
window.
Help (H)
The "Help" menu (Figure 7-6) displays the version of the software.
