1. Equipment installation and connection to the electricity mains shall be performed by
skilled professionals only.
2. The equipment is equipped with an electric cable that shall be connected to the
individual automatic switch. To connect monophase equipment, a three-wire circuit
with grounding shall be used.
3. The equipment shall be installed on a stable support 800-900 mm in height with flat
level surface. The surface shall be dry and clean. The support shall stand the equipment
weight.
4. The equipment shall be installed away from heat sources, washing tanks, water taps,
etc.
5. The operation staff shall ensure that the electric cable is not hanging over the edge of
the support and touching items with sharp edges. Do not put foreign objects on the
electric cable. Operation of equipment with a damaged electric cable shall not be
allowed.

6. The equipment is intended for grating of cheese and vegetables as well as cutting of
raw and boiled vegetables. The equipment shall not be used for any purposes other than
intended.
7. The equipment shall not be used to cut frozen products.
8. In the course of equipment operation wearing of special clothes is recommended. No
loose clothes, scarves, neck handkerchiefs, ties, jewelry, etc. are allowed. The sleeves
should be buttoned. The hair should be covered with a kerchief.
9. The equipment is intended for intermittent periodic operation only; the duration of the
working cycle shall be no more than 10 minutes. This means that after each 10 minutes
of operation, there should be a process pause of no less than 10 minutes.
10. The operating staff shall ensure that cutting plates blades are always sharp without any
notches.
11. Delivery of vegetables to the cutting plate by hand shall not be allowed. The operator
should use the push arm or pestle.
12. Overloading of the machine is not allowed. Pressure on the push arm and pestle shall
be uniform and not too strong.
13. While in operation putting of hands or foreign objects into the loading header is not
allowed.
14. The energized equipment shall not be left unattended.
15. Maintenance of energized equipment is prohibited.
16. Washing of the equipment under a direct water stream or submergence thereof into
water is not allowed.
17. When handling cutting plates the operating staff shall be very careful as they are very
sharp.
18. In case of any failure service professionals shall be contacted.
