Initial Operation

Transportation

Two persons can easily transport the unit
using the handles.
The EOMAT UNI is delivered in a specially
designed packing box.
It can also be used for further
transportation.
The following safety instructions must be
maintained:
The units must be stored in a
dry place where they are
protected from mechanical
damage. The operators must
be equipped with their
personal protection outfit
(safety shoes).

Installation

The EOMAT UNI requires a width of
540mm and a depth of 450mm for setting
up. The required space depends on the
dimensions of the work pieces.
A solid, level, horizontal and non-slip
surface is required!
Lay out the machine connections (cables)
carefully to avoid the risk of stumbling.

Electric Supply

The EOMAT UNI is delivered with a 230V
connection.
Before linking the EOMAT UNI
with the power source, please
check whether the information
concerning voltage and
frequency indicated on the
machine is identical with the
power supply.
The machine operator is
responsible for the security.

Hydraulic Oil Check

The level of the hydraulic oil
must be checked on a daily
basis before starting the
machine. The oil must be
clearly visible in the inspection
glass.
