Rear brake
•
The check is performed by making sure that the lever
stroke corresponds to the illustration (Fig. 23). The idle
stroke of the lever is approx. 0 mm.
•
To adjust the rear brake, act on the adjuster below
the engine (R‑Fig.23).
•
To check wear of rear brake, whilst keeping the REAR
BRAKE lever pulled, make sure that pointer (N‑Fig.23)
does not move beyond the maximum threshold
(A‑Fig.23).
Should

MALAGUTI Service Centre.

5.11.1 HEADLIGHTS
Low beam
•
2 halogen light bulbs 2V ‑ 5 W (S3)
ADJUSTING THE BEAM
Have the beam of the headlight periodically
checked by an Authorised MALAGUTI Service
Centre.
To check/adjust the beam, proceed as follows:
•
put the vehicle in running conditions at 0 metres
from a wall.
•
Turn on the headlights and keep the vehicle
balanced without a stand (lean it against a wall for
instance).
•
With the aid of a screwdriver, turn the screw for
adjusting the projector (R‑Fig.24), bearing in mind
that turning clockwise lowers the beam and vice
versa.
•
Adjust the beam so that its bottom line projected on
the wall is at about 63 cm from the floor.
