NOTE-2: If the device is to be switched on automatically on the same day, the automatic switch-on time of the current
day is shown on the display. If there is no automatic powerup during the day, "----" appears on the display.
NOTE-3: When the device is switched on automatically, it is switched on as Pr.00. Temperature values will be set
upper and lower temperature values.

Errors and anomalies

E-1: Thermocouple not plugged.
Solution: The oven electricity must be switched off completely. Check the thermocouple connection.
E-2: Interior temperature of the oven is higher than 500
Solution: The oven electricity must be switched off completely. Thermocouple connection, resistance relay and
resistance contactor should be checked.
E-3: Thermocouple reading error.
Solution: The power should be turned off and on. If there is no improvement, the control unit must be replaced.
E-4: The temperature of the relay card is higher than 70oC. Solution: Check the oven board
ventilation.
E-5: The temperature of the graphics card is higher than 70oC. Solution: The oven panel
ventilation must be checked.
E-6: Control unit malfunction.
The power should be turned off and on. If there is no improvement, the control unit must be replaced.
9As: Burner failure.
Solution: Check the burner.

6 METHOD OF USE

Functional check

Before switching the oven on check:
•
You have removed the protective film, if provided;
•
The plug is properly inserted into the power supply wall socket;
•
That the system supply voltage, frequency and power are compatible with the values provided on the label affixed
on the right side of the oven;

Switching on the oven

Proceed as follows to switch the oven on:
•
Turn the main switch to position 1;
•
Press the "ON/OFF" button to turn on the display;
•
Set the desired top and bottom temperature (UPPER and LOWER display);
•
Set the cooking timer (cooking cycle);

Switching on the oven for the first time

The first time the appliance is used it is recommended to heat the oven when empty to eliminate bad smells caused by the
evaporation of moisture content of the refractory stones, in the insulating material and the metallic parts inside.
Follow the procedure below:
•
Close all the doors and open the vent valves to maximum opening;
•
Set the temperature to 150° C;
•
Set the percentage of the top and bottom elements to 100%;
•
Set the cooking timer to 8;00 hours.
