5.1.4

Combination products and accessories

No specific system accessories are available for the MedLED® face shield (without headlight).
The MedLED® face shield for headlights is attached to the MedLED® headlight models Chrome, Sapphire
and Onyx.
5.2

Before first use

Attach the visor before the first use. To do this, follow the instructions from chapter 4,
"Mounting/Installation", page 26.
After this initial step, the products can be incorporated in the usual processing routine.
In order to do this, follow the instructions from chapter 6, "Cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization",
page 32.
5.3

Application

MedLED® face shield (without headlight):
• Put the MedLED® face shield (headband with previously attached visor) on and adjust to your head size.
MedLED® face shield for headlight:
• Put the headlight with the previously attached visor on and adjust to your head size.
5.4

After Completion of the Application

Improper removal may damage the products. Careful handling must therefore be ensured.
Remove products properly and send for reprocessing according to chapter 6, "Cleaning, disinfection, and
sterilization", page 32.
