Instructions for Use
• Only use authorized cleaning solutions to clean the face shield.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to remove residue and fingerprints. Never use paper fiber materials such as a
paper tissue or a paper towel, as these can leave scratches.
• Use cleaning cloths or a lint-free cloth combined with a disinfectant based on isopropyl alcohol or simply
70 % isopropyl alcohol.
• Wring out the cloth before use.
• Do not spray anything directly onto the product.
Note:
• The padding (headband) can be removed for cleaning.
Additional occupational safety measures (e.g. protective clothing, protective goggles, gloves; air filtering) in
line with national specifications must be properly performed during manual cleaning/disinfection whenever
there is a possible risk of injury or infection.

Machine Cleaning and Disinfection
Automated cleaning and disinfection is not possible.
6.5
Inspection, Functional Check, Maintenance
6.5.1
Inspection and functional testing
Whether or not the product can be used any further shall be confirmed by successful inspection of the
product.
• The instruments must be macroscopically clean, i.e. free from visible contamination, after each cleaning
process.
• Inspect the products for damage and proper functionality.
• Worn, deformed, or otherwise damaged products or parts must be replaced.
