IF JUICE FLOWS BACK INTO THE HOPPER.
•
Juice and ingredients may ow back into the hopper if the juice cap is closed during operation.
Please make sure to open the juice cap when the chamber if lling up close to 16 oz. during
operation. If the ow gets clogged even after opening the juice cap, open the hopper lid and
empty out the inside of hopper and if the ow is still clogged, stop the unit, disassemble and
clean entire chamber set and resume juicing.

stop and turning and holding the control knob in the REV position for 10 seconds. Try this process
2 or 3 times and the hopper should open smoothly.

IF THE CHAMBER IS VIBRATING DURING JUICING.
•
The product may wobble slightly due to the vibrations produced by the motor base. It may
vibrate depending on the ingredient's hardness or toughness. This is not a malfunction but a
normal sign as it is caused by the auger's extraction process. The product may seem to vibrate
more when juicing solid ingredients such as carrots, potatoes, radishes, or beets than when
juicing soft ingredients like oranges, lemons or kiwis.
11.
IF AN UNUSUAL NOISE IS HEARD WHILE JUICING.
•
The noise or sound may occur naturally when juicing certain ingredients such as apples, carrots,
celery or beets.
