Charge the Battery
WARNING
Explosion Hazard - Batteries produce explosive gases.
Corrosive Liquid Hazard - Batteries contain sulfuric
acid.
• Always wear safety glasses when working around
batteries.
• Keep all sparks, flames, and cigarettes away from
batteries at all times.
• Never lean over the battery when performing
maintenance.
• Never attempt to charge a frozen battery. Allow it to
warm to 60° F (15.5° C) before charging.
• Always leave vent caps in place to avoid explosions.
Lead Hazard - Battery posts, terminal and related
accessories contain lead and lead compounds. Wash
hands after handling.
NOTICE:
Voltage Spikes can damage the electronics. To avoid such
damage please follow these instructions carefully.
