The manual opening and closing of the quick release
lever requires increased activation force of approx. 60
to 100 Newton.
If an active brake is fitted, this must be activated when
removing or attaching the quick release frame.
Removing the quick release frame
1.
Open the quick release levers A on both sides by pushing
them forwards.
2. Turn back the open quick release levers by 180° on both sides
so the frame tubes B are unlocked by the pins C .
3. Pull out both frame tubes B to the front.
IMPORTANT!
When the quick release frame is removed, the foot
brace fitted inside can warp if force is applied to its
frame tubes. Likewise the quick release couplings
can be damaged.
– After removal, carefully store the quick release
frame.
– Ensure that the quick release couplings are
protected when stored.

WARNING!
Danger of severe injury
Closing the quick release lever in the direction
of movement does not guarantee mechanical
locking. The front frame section can come apart.
– Make sure that the quick release lever is turned
by 180° against the direction of movement when
closed.
1.
To attach the quick release frame, follow the instructions for
removal in reverse order.
3.4 Push handles
IMPORTANT!
– Always check the push handles before using the
wheelchair, as to whether the hand grips are
secure, cannot be turned and cannot be pulled
off.
