USE

The machine is supplied with a facing tool
holder as standard, réf. DC65-D000.
For chamfering operations, two chamfering tool holders are available as options:
For bevelling at 45°, réf. DC65-P450
For bevelling at 30°, réf. DC65-P300
All tool holders are mounted on the machine in the same way. Before mounting, it is
preferable to install the HSS plate on the selected tool holder.
NOTE: To facilitate tool holder mounting, apply a little high-temperature
grease, such as "ELECTROLUBE HTG - HTG50T", to the tool holder locking
screw, every time the machine is serviced.
Firstly, install the HSS plate on the tool holder. Then install and tighten the plate
screw (tightening torque = 2.55 Nm, Torx T15 screwdriver supplied).
