2.6 - Putting into operation

Check that:
• The oven has been installed correctly, is stable and perfectly level.
• The electrical connection has been made correctly, the electrical cable complies and the multiple pole
switch and the electrical system are present and effective.
• The water supply and steam discharge system are efficient (check for leaks).
• The cooking fumes extraction system - the hood, for instance - is in proper working order.
• At this point, turn on the oven following the operating instructions and make sure the various functions
(various cooking programmes, core temperature probe) are working properly. Where necessary, consult
the troubleshooting section.

2.7 - Safety devices

The oven features the following safety and protection devices:
• Oven cooking chamber safety thermostat: if the oven cooking chamber overheats, this device trips,
cutting off the power supply to the heating elements.
• The door switch, if present, interrupts oven operation when opened: both the heating system and the
chamber ventilation motor are deactivated.
• The safety fuse protecting electronic control board (PCB) is a 250V - 200mA FAST Fuse. The fuse is
located on the electronic control board (PCB). Before replacing the fuse, ensure that the machine (Oven)
is disconnected from the mains power supply.
