TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Power lamp is off
when switched on.
Power lamp is on
when switched on,
but no mist comes
out.
Water shortage
indicator is on.
Humidifier
produces an
unusual smell

Possible reasons
Humidifier is not
plugged in.
Power cord is damaged. Immediately stop using it and
Humidifier is defective
or malfunctioning.
Humidifier is not turned
on.
The target humidity is
reached.
No water in the tank.
Water level is low.
The water level required
has not yet reached
the vaporization
compartment.
The water tank isn't well
positioned.
The humidifier isn't on a
flat surface
Humidifier is new.
Dirty water or water
sitting too long.
Residual smell from
diffusing aroma oil on
the aroma cotton.

Solutions
Plug the humidifier into a
powered electrical socket.
contact Customer Support.
Press the power button to turn
it on.
Press the power button to turn
it on.
Increase the target humidity or
change mode.
Refill the water tank wait at
least 1 minute.
Wait at least 1 minute.
Check the positioning of tank
on the base.
Check the positioning of the
humidifier.
Take out water tank, open
cover, let it stay 12 hours in
cool position.
Clean water tank, fill with clear
water.
Remove the aroma cotton,
rinse it under clean water and
allow it to dry.
