ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Phillips Head Screwdriver, Adjustable or 9/16" Wrench, and Wood Glue.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We recommend finishing the unit before final assembly.

ASSEMBLE THE RACK:
1) Lay the six Slats (L) face down and attach a Rack Brace (O) at each end of the slats with #7 x 1½"
Type 17 Pan Head Screws (S). Insert the screws through the six holes in the rack brace into the
grooves in the bottom of the slats. The outer edge of the rack brace must be flush with the ends of
the slats. The angled pocket drilled holes must face away from the slats. Attach the third rack brace
in the center of the rack assembly in the same way. See FIGURE 1.

ASSEMBLE THE RACK SUPPORT:
2) Glue one Dowel (R) in each end of both Rack Front/Back Supports (J) and two Dowels in each end
of both Rack End Supports (K). Spread a thin layer of glue in the single hole in the inside edge of
the Rack End Supports and attach the Rack Front/Back Supports. See FIGURE 2.
