ATTACH RACK SUPPORT TO RACK:
3) On a flat surface, lay the Rack Support Assembly over the Slat Assembly. Attach the Rack Braces (O)
to the Rack End Supports (K) with two #7 x 1½" Type 17 Pan Head Screws (S) through the two holes
in the inner edge of the end supports. Make sure that both ends of the slats are the same height in
the Rack Support assembly. Now insert the screws into the angled pocket drilled holes in the bottom
edge of the rack braces and tighten securely. See FIGURE 3A.

ATTACH LEGS AND RACK ASSEMBLY:
4) Loosely attach the Left and Right Legs (H&I) to the top assembly by inserting the 3/8" x 2½" Hex
Bolts (V) with a Washer (W) through the Leg Brackets (Y) into the inserts in the legs. See FIGURE
4. The two dowel holes in the lower legs for the rack assembly must face the front and back of the
unit. With the top assembly laying on it side, spread a thin layer of glue in the dowels holes in the
legs. Slide the rack assembly between the legs and tap the dowels into the holes. See FIGURE 4A.
Tighten the hex bolts in the legs.
