Top up if necessary.
EVERY 500 HOURS WORK
1) Change the oil in the gearbox housing as indicated in point 1 (after the first 50 work hours), (Fig. 20-
21).
Routine adjustments
NOTE: The column cover of the handle-bars (A) must be demounted by unscrewing the relative bolts
(Fig. 24-25) to use the adjusters of the diff lock control lever (5) and the right and left brake levers (6-7)
(Fig. 24-25).

Remove the column cover and adjust in the following way:
1) Diff lock lever (5), (Fig. 24)
If diff lock (5) lever play increases, it can be adjusted in the following way:
a) Slacken off the check nut (B) of the adjuster (C).
b) Use the adjuster (C) to recover lever play.
c) Re-tighten the check nut (B).

ATTENTION
- Disconnect the battery earth cable before working on any electrical component.
- Never recharge the battery near a naked flame or in an enclosed space. There must always be sufficient
ventilation to prevent accidental explosions.
- Ensure you always connect the battery cables to the correct poles (positive to positive (+) and negative
to negative (-)).
