Troubleshooting
Fault
Fan is running
continuously.
System is not cooling
or heating.
24
Possible cause
Digital control unit is set
to continuous fan opera-
tion.
Failed triac on circuit
board.
The temperature set
point is satisfied.
The Fan is not running.
Digital control is pro-
grammed to cool or
heat only.
The sensor is mis-
placed.
The sensor is not work-
ing.
The chilled water loop is
inadequately cooled or
heated.
Suggested remedy
See chapter "Changing between cycled
and continuous fan operation" on
page 16 on how to change the fan set-
ting to cycled operation.
Send for repair or call local service
technician.
Lower or raise set point.
Check troubleshooting section above.
Press Mode button to change to desired
mode.
Relocate sensor as described in chapter
"Choosing the location" on page 11.
Replace sensor.
If the air handler system is equipped
with water temperature sensors,
check the water temperature at the
control unit (see chapter "Show
chilled-water-inlet temperature" on
page 17).
Check parameters P-16 and P-17. If
P-16 is set to "nor" and the water
temperature is not at least by the dif-
ferential set in P-17 warmer (for heat
mode) or cooler (for cool mode), the
water valve will not open. If neces-
sary change P-17 as described in
chapter "Changing parameters" on
page 19.
If the air handler system is equipped
with an electric heater, ensure that
programmable parameter P-13 is set
to "ELE".
