The Conergy SmartControl System consists of the following
components:
| ET sensor (irradiation and temperature sensor)
| Conergy SmartControl
| Power supply unit
| System monitoring portal
| Conergy ControlCenter
| CAN converter (optional)
The Conergy IPG series central inverter offered at present still
do not have a CAN interface, and so for each inverter you will
need a CAN converter.
A Conergy SmartControl monitoring unit can only monitor a
limited number of system components.

Motorised control (MC)
Conergy uses Conergy CAN technology for communication
between the Conergy SmartControl monitoring unit and the
other system components. CAN (Controller Area Network) is
a field bus system and a proven industry standard. No CAN
connection may be longer than 250 m.
