Conergy recommends:
| The password should include at least 6 characters and/or
numbers.
| It should not include any names.
| Note that passwords are case-sensitive.
| Never disclose your password to any third person.
You will now find a sequence of several forms for registering
the system owner and the PV system. Registration will take
five to ten minutes. If the system is correctly registered, an
overview of all the data relevant to the system is displayed.
For complete and proper registration you will need the
following information about your PV system:
| Feed-in-tariff of the system
| Serial number of your Conergy SmartControl System
| Solar module type
| Solar module quantity
| Frame manufacturer
| Frame type
| Type of phone connection used
| Telephone connection provider
| Commissioning date of your PV system
| Max. output of the PV system
| Serial number of the ET sensor
If the system is mounted on a roof:
| Roof orientation in deg.
| Roof inclination in deg.
The serial number (serial no.) of the Conergy SmartControl
System can be found on the components, near the barcode.

help in the brief instructions provided in the system
monitoring portal. If you cannot find a solution here, please
contact Conergy Service.
