Conergy SmartControl System
Connection of the CAN converter to the inverter
You need a CAN converter for each Conergy IPG series
central inverter. The stages for connecting the CAN converter
to the inverter are as follows:
| Assemble a 2-pin, shielded cable.
| Connect the CAN converter to the inverter.
| Fit the terminating resistor to the inverter.
Optional:
| Connect two CAN converters to one another.
| Connect the CAN converter to the inverter.
| Fit the terminating resistor to the inverter.
On one side of the cable, connect the supplied terminal strip
with 3 screw terminals of the CAN converter. On the other,
connect a D-SUB terminal adapter. The adapter is included in
the delivery of the inverter.

The cable must reach 2 m into each inverter. Take care to
ensure this additional length when cutting.
