Assembling the cable
1. Cut the cable to the desired length.
2. Strip the cable at both ends.
3. Put cable end sleeves on both ends of the cable.
4. Connect the strands at one end of the cable to the screw
terminal of the CAN converter, observing the connector pin
assignment.

WARNING
Fire risk from bad cable connections!
Bad cable connections can lead to arcing and thus increased
risk of fire.
| Check that the cables are connected correctly and securely.
| Prevent cables from coming into contact with each other.
5. Connect the strands at the other end of the cable to the D-
SUB terminal adapter, observing the connector pin
assignment.
Tightening torque of the slotted screw max. 0.05 Nm.
