Possible cause and remedy
| If the fault has been present
for a longer period, check
your telephone line and the
telephone connection.
| Use a phone to check whether
you can dial an external line
from this connection. If you
cannot, contact your
telephone service provider.
| If the fault continues despite
the proper functioning of the
telephone connection,
contact Conergy Service.
| Check the cabling of the ET
sensor and make any
necessary adjustments.
| As not all faults will be
detected, the voltage should
always be measured after
installation (see Chapter 7.1,
page 61).
| Check the telephone line and
make necessary alterations to
the connection.
Despite an Internet connection,
the Conergy SmartControl is not
receiving its default settings.
The Conergy SmartControl
attempts to receive the settings
each time it initiates the
connection.
| If the fault continues longer
than 48 hours, contact
Conergy Service.
