Requirements

| VPN connection
| VPN server present in the system (as a rule this is part
of the router).
| VPN server can be accessed via a static URL (important
in the case of connection types with dynamic IP
addresses. One solution is DynDNS).
| The VPN solution on router and computer adhere to the
same protocols, e.g. IPSEC, OpenVPN, PPTP.
| Broadcast bridging.
| Virtual IP of the computer that Conergy ControlCenter is
installed on is in the same address range (subnet) as the
IPs for the Conergy SmartControl.
Internet connection (analogue modem)
| System consists of a single Conergy SmartControl.
| The following information is required to establish an
Internet connection:
| Telephone number for the Conergy SmartControl (the
same as the number for the telephone line that the
monitoring unit is connected to).
| Login and password.
This information can be obtained from Conergy Service
(control@conergy.com).
Using the Windows connection wizards and the above
information, you will be able to establish a modem
connection with your system.
