Help in the case of faults

Conergy SmartControl System
This section provides help for faults that may occur after
commissioning.
In the framework of the quality management system, each
device is tested thoroughly before it leaves our company.
However, if faults do arise with the photovoltaic system, then
Conergy recommends
| checking that the solar power system is properly installed,
| checking that the inverter is properly installed,
| checking the connection to the public grid,
| checking the cabling and making any necessary
adjustments,
| repeating the function test (see Chapter 7, page 65),
| updating the firmware of the components (see Chapter 8.2,
page 79).
The following tables provide a list of possible causes of the
fault, and actions to be taken. If you cannot find a solution
here, please contact Conergy Service (control@conergy.com).
To enable Conergy Service to respond quickly and
accurately, please provide the following information:
| Invoice number (delivery note if applicable)
| Serial number of the Conergy SmartControl (serial no.)
| Brief description of the fault
| Is the fault reproducible?
| Fault codes of the LED displays
| What are the irradiation conditions?
| Information about the PV system such as module type,
circuitry, solar generator voltage.
| Is it a tracked or untracked PV system?
| Information on system configuration
