Remedy
The fault will generally be recti-
fied with the next dial-in to the
internet, but can also occur due
to weather conditions (bad
weather).
| Examine the power supply of
the power supply unit for
cable breaks (kinked cable,
sloppy laying).
| Immediately replace defective
cables.
| Check the telephone line for
cable breaks and measure the
telephone voltage at the
Conergy SmartControl. The
voltage must be in a range
from 20 V to 60 V.
| Replace defective cables
immediately.
| Deactivate the "019x"
protection.
| If you do not want to / cannot
deactivate these, please
contact Conergy Service.
| Switch off the metering pulse.
