Description
The Greenlee 93-808 offers a versatile true RMS clamp-on meter that can
measure AC current, voltage, resistance and continuity. The built-in auto-ranging
function offers up-to-date capability as well as data hold and voltage readings.

Features (Figure 1)
(1) Digital Display — The digital display has a 3-3/4 digit LCD readout
(maximum reading 3999) plus auto polarity, decimal point, over-range
indication ("OL"),
(2) Input Terminals — The black test lead is always connected to the "COM"
input terminal and red test lead is always connected to the "V - Ω" input
terminal when measuring ACV and OHMS.
(3) Drop-Proof Wrist Strap — Prevents the meter from slipping off the hand
while in use.
(4) Function Switch — Slide switch to turn on meter and select V, A or
Ω
, function.
(5) Data Hold Switch — Used to hold measured value for all functions.
(6) Trigger — Press the lever to open the jaws. When the pressure on the lever
is released, the jaws will close again.
(7) Jaws — Senses

flowing through
the conductor
