Call handling

In car profile
When the phone is placed in the car holder, the In car
profile is activated. See the Profiles section in the
user guide for your phone for information on the
In car profile.
Make, answer or reject a call
When the phone is placed in the car holder, you can
make, answer, and reject calls by using the keypad
or your voice (if your phone supports voice dialling),
in the same way as when you use the phone as
a hand-held phone. Please see the user guide for
your phone.
Note: You cannot use voice answering if you have
selected an MP3 file as ringtone.
Mute functionality
Using Music Mute (D2)
With music mute installed, the music in the car
loudspeakers is muted when there is a call. The ring
signal and the conversation is heard in the
loudspeaker (C).

Using Stereo Mute Box (not included in the kit)
With stereo mute box (H) installed, the music from
the car loudspeakers is muted when there is a call.
The ring signal and the conversation is heard
through the car loudspeakers. Two of the car
loudspeakers will receive all the sound.

Call in progress

You can adjust the volume of the car handsfree by
pressing the volume keys of the phone during a call.
You can remove the phone from the car holder
during a call to use it as a hand-held phone, and then
replace it again without disconnecting the call.
