In the ALARM submenu you can configure the alarm specification the operator can display if a movement
happens in the previously sensitised area(s). Available options if enabling the VIEW TYPE function: ALL
(displays the box and the frame), OUTLINE (displays the frame only), BLOCK (displays the box only). The
OSD VIEW option displays an alarm message too. The ALARM OUT, ALARM SIG. and TIME options are
not enabled in this camera.
PRIVACY – MASKING ONE OR MORE ZONES OF THE SCENE
The PRIVACY function allows to define up to 4 privacy zones that mask specific areas. A privacy zone is
displayed on the monitor as a rectangle, with perimeter, dimensions, colour and transparence level
previously set by the user.
REMARKS ON PRIVACY ZONE
It is suggested to use privacy zones lightly bigger than areas to be masked.
Privacy zones can only be rectangular.
Select this option to activate (ON) the privacy zones and access the following submenu.

DEFECT - DEAD PIXEL COMPENSATION ( DAMAGED PIXEL COMPENSATION)
This function allow to repair sensor single pixels under low light condition, reducing the brightness of the
too bright pixels. Press the button "START" (present in the menus WHITE DPC and BLACK DPC), the
message "Close the iris then press Enter" will be displayed. Cover the lens with a black lid to prevent light
from passing through. Make sure the image is totally dark and not cover the light sensor (CDS), in order the
leds are not turned on (if leds are turned on, they become red).
Press again the button "ENTER", the message "Waiting....." will be displayed and the compensation
process will start. After few seconds, the menu will go back to the previous level. If the camera doesn't go

to be displayed on the screen and the size of each single
