OPERATION - Toasting sandwiches
1. Open the lid.
2. Lay the sandwich on the lower grill plate.
3. Close and lock the lid.
4. The cooking time required is different for each product.
5. Open the lid and remove the sandwich from the grill plate.
6. Remove the plug from the wall socket once you have finished using the appliance. Bon appetit!
WARNING:
• If you cannot close the appliance and you cannot lock the appliance using the fastening clip, there are
too many ingredients on the sandwich. Do not try to close the appliance with force; instead, remove
some ingredients.
• Do not use a fork, knife or other sharp object! You can damage the non stick coat with it. Warranty
becomes void when damaging the baking plate with sharp objects.
• Remove the food remaining from the under baking plate with a kitchen paper while it is still hot.The
upper baking plate is easier to clean when it is cooled down.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Clean the appliance after each use.
1. Remove the plug from the wall socket and allow the appliance to cool down completely.
2. Remove any food residue from the grill plate and then clean the grill plates with a damp cloth and, if
necessary, a little detergent. Make sure no traces of detergent remain.
3. Clean the housing and the lid with a damp cloth.
4. Dry thoroughly.
5. Store the appliance. The appliance can be stored either horizontally or vertically, on its back.
WARNING:
• Verify that the appliance is not connected to the power supply before you clean it.
• Never use corrosive or scouring cleaning agents or sharp objects (such as knives or hard brushes)
to clean the appliance. these could damage the non-stick coating on the baking plates.
• Never immerse the appliance, the plug or the power cord in water or other liquid. Never put the
appliance in a dishwasher.
