Attention:
• Pressing and holding the control dial switches the lamp on/off.
• Briefly pressing the control dial switches between brightness and colour temperature.
To charge the lamp, open the USB
cover on the back. To charge, use
the supplied USB cable on the in-
put labelled „Input". Connect the
other side of the cable to a standard
5V adapter (not included), which is
plugged into a mains socket (follow
the instructions for the adapter). To
charge an electronic device using the
lamp, plug the supplied cable into the
USB port marked „Output" and con-
nect the other side to your electronic
device (also refer to the operating
instructions for your device). The
charging process starts automatically.
Changing the batteries
After about three years, the capacity of the rechargeable batteries will decrease and they must be
replaced. The batteries are commercially available (battery type 18650). To replace the batteries,
proceed as follows: Open the housing at the bottom of the lamp with a screwdriver. Remove the
inserted batteries and insert batteries of the same type with the correct polarity. Close the cover
and carefully screw the screw back in. The lamp is now ready for use again.
Notes:
• Batteries do not belong in the hands of children. Never leave batteries lying around open-
ly, as there is a risk of them being swallowed by children or pets.
• Batteries must never be short-circuited, disassembled or thrown into a fire. There is a risk
of explosion.
• Leaking or damaged batteries can cause burns if they come into contact with the skin. In
this case, use suitable protective gloves.
• When changing batteries, only use batteries of the same type! Non-rechargeable batte-
ries must never be used.
• Make sure that the polarity is correct when inserting the batteries.
• If the batteries are not used for a longer period of time (e.g. during storage), remove them
to avoid damage caused by leaking batteries.
