INTRODUCTION
R-100126 is a practical wax heater specially designed for the professionals in the dental
prosthesis sector. It can melt a wide range of waxes very quickly and to keep them in a
liquid state without altering their properties. The selection of the set-point temperature is
easy and quick.
• Read this manual carefully. It contains very important information about a safe
installation, operation and maintenance of the machine.
• Store this manual in a suitable place for further consultation.
• Check the general state of the mac hine after removing the packing.
• Before connecting the unit, make sure the voltage in the identification plate matches
the power source to be used. During the installation all the safety requirements must
be observed and the instructions of the manufacturer followed.
• The manufacturer will not be liable for the damage caused by an inappropriate
grounding system.
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or operation of the machine will not be
covered by the warranty.
• If in doubt, do not start the machine. Contact a qualified and authorised technician.
INSTALLATION
• Choose a flat, horizontal and firm surface to place the unit, away from heat and
vibration sources, and from inflammable materials.
• Connect the unit to a 230 V, 50/60 Hz power source.
OPERATION
• Place the wax particles you want to melt in the tank (4).
• Close the lid of the unit (1) and turn the main switch (10) on (green light).
• Press the [ºC / ºF] key to select Celsius or Fahrenheit degrees (the display will show
ºC / ºF).
• Press the [S/C] key to programme the temperature. The pilot (S) will light up. Select
the temperature by pressing the [? /? ] keys.
• Press the [S/C] key to see the actual temperature in the tank. The pilot (C) will light
up.
