Setting the time :
Unscrew the crown to position 1
Pull the crown out to position 3
Turn the crown clockwise until the date changes (after midnight) and set the hand
to the desired time by continuing to turn the crown clockwise
Push the crown back to position 1
Screw the crown down (clockwise) to position 0 (water-resistance)

Setting the date :
Unscrew the crown to position 1
Pull the crown out to position 2.
Set the date by turning the crown anti-clockwise.
Push the crown back to position 1.
Screw the crown down (clockwise) to position 0 (water-resistance)
Warning ! Never adjust the date in this way when the hour hand is between 10h00
and 2h00 as this may damage the movement. However, the date can be set by
pulling the crown out to position 3 and turning the hour hand.
