 When cooking is over please unplug the appliance. You must cut pressure inside the multicooker down. Open the steam relief valve. Hot steam goes out and pressure inside becomes lower (pic 7).
CAUTION: Be really careful – steam is extremely hot! When pressure inside the multicooker becomes lower, then there is no outgoing steam from steam release opening, and float valve goes
down to the lowest position. Then open the lid. Never open the lid by force.

You could change time and temperature settings before cooking process start and while cooking program is running (in cooking programs without pressure). They are «Жарка/Fry», «Выпечка/Cake»,
«Томление/Slow stew», «Варенье/Джем/Jam», «Йогурт/Тесто/Yoghurt/Dough». You could set up your cooking time and temperature settings in «Мультиповар/Multicook» program as well.
Change default settings before cooking program start (without pressure)
 Choose cooking program with button
 The display shows preset time (for «Мультиповар/Multicook» it is 10 minutes).
 Press button of time and temperature settings
(up) and (down). Hour range is from 0 to 24 hours. Interval is 1 hour. If you keep button

(up) and (down). Minute range is from 0 to 59 minutes. Interval is 1 minute. If you keep button
