WARNING: Remove the pump from its packa-
ging and carefully examine it. Do not discard the
packaging until all parts have been examined.
INSTALLING ADJUSTMENT HANDLE
• Remove the pump assembly from the box .In
addition to the pump unit , there would be a
Lever Handle placed separately.
• Assemble the Lever Handle with the Connec-
ting Link.
• You have a choice of 3 holes into which the
pump piston could be assembled.
• Select the right handle setting for light, mo-
derate or high viscosity oils. Attach the lever
handle to connecting lever using the pivot pin
and retainer clip.
• Pull the plunger rod of piston sub assembly
up. Attach the top of lever handle to the piston
rod using the piivot pin and retainer clip.
• Now open the 3 Cover Clamps & remove the
drum cover assembly from the oil drum.
• Clean the inside of the drum , ensuring that
no foreign particles stay inside.
• Transfer clean oil into the bucket. Do not fill
the drum till the top, but only till the Max. Fill
Position marked on the drum.
• Place the Drum cover assembly back onto
the oil bucket. When doing so, the steel pump
must be inserted from the centre hole in the
follower plate. Place the drum cover on the
edges of the oil drum & close all 3 Cover clamps
Variable.
• Start operating the lever handle, till oil starts
flowing out of the coupler fitted at the end of
the hose.
• If after this process does not release oil pump,

remove the pump from the tank and ensures
that the suction tube valve insurance and are
free from any bloqueo.De thus any trapped
air is released. Once the oil starts coming out,
close the valve.
WARNING: It is recommended that any re-
pairs or services are performed by qualified
service center.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
The use of clean oil will give you years of trou-
ble free service. Make sure the oil you use is
not contaminated.
