ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Erect the scaffolding by following the manufac­
turer instructions (maximum of 2 units high).

Install the coupling pins on
top ends of the structure, lock
in place by using provided
locking pins.

Stack the second unit to the
first one, insert the base of the
structure in the coupling pins in
place, secure the second unit
to the coupling pins with the
provided locking pins.

Install a caster into an outrigger
and secure it with a lock pin.
Set caster brake. Repeat with
the other casters.

Install an outrigger to the
scaffolding, adjust the angle
of the outrigger into wanted
position, insert the 2 tightening
knobs on outrigger threaded
stems, and firmly tighten so that
the scaffolding and the outrigger
are perfectly lined up and united.
Repeat with the other outriggers.

Install the three platforms
at the same level on the
scaffolding, place the small
platform in the center.

Install the first guardrail panel
by inserting its 2 pegs into the
platform openings, and secures
it under the platform with pig tail
locks. Verify that the guardrail is
firmly fastened to the platform
and it cannot be lifted. Verify
that the access doors swings
inward over the platform. Repeat
with the second guardrail panel.

Lock the access doors
with the door latch.
