Vibration level

The vibration emission level stated in this instruction manual has been measured in
accordance with a standardized test given in EN 60745; it may be used to compare one
power tool with another and as a preliminary assessment of exposure to vibration when
using the power tool for the applications mentioned.
• Using the power tool for different applications, or with different or poorly maintained
accessories, may significantly increase the exposure level.
• The times when the power tool is switched off or when it is running but not actually
doing the job, may significantly reduce the exposure level. Identify additional safety
measures to protect the operator from the effects of vibration such as: maintain the
power tool and the accessories, keep the hands warm, organization of work patterns.
OPERATION

Fitting and removing blades

Notes:
• Switch off the jigsaw and disconnect it from power supply before changing the blade or
carrying out any other work on the jigsaw.
• Wear protective gloves to avoid any injury while handling the blade.
• Always clean out all chips or foreign matter adhering to the blade and/or blade holder.
Failure to do so may cause insufficient tightening of the blade, resulting in a serious
personal injury.
• Use only T-type blades with thickness not greater than 1,5 mm.
• Blade type depends on the material of the workpiece. Blade included in the set is
intended for cutting wood only.
To fit the blade properly follow the below instructions:
• Open the anti-splinter guard (8).
• Pull the blade clamp lever (9) up and hold it in this position.
• Slide the blade inside the blade holder (10) until the stop with the teeth facing forwards.
Make sure the back of the blade is inside the roller guide (12).
• Release the lever. Make sure the blade has been securely mounted by pulling it out. It
is not possible to pull out the blade if it is mounted properly.
• Lower the guard.
