5.10 DIFFICULTY REMOVING THE DELIVERY SYSTEM – RELEASE WIRE AND GUIDEWIRE
B.2. After removal of the release wire, the
device is no longer attached to the delivery
system, hence removal of the guidewire
may dislodge the device if not previously
removed.
B.3. If the handle is removed while attached to
the guidewire, this may cause the device
to be moved from the deployment site.
The effects may be detrimental without
secondary intervention.


